Title: Office Clerk

Supervises: None

Rate of Pay: $10-12 per hour/DOE

 

Position Summary:

Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.

 

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, mail stamper, voice mail systems and personal computers.

2. Retrieve files for personnel.

3. Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.

4. Shred documents.

5. Scan documents into the filing system.

6. Greet visitors.

7. Assist with other duties assigned by other staff 

 

Qualifications:

1. Must be High School graduate or Equivalent, and one year of general accounting experience.

2. Must be able to type and ten-key with accuracy.

3. Must be able to pass a background check (no felonies).

4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) is a plus.

5. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

6. Must have a valid driver’s license.

 

Indian Preference:

Preference given to qualified Native American under the Federal Indian Preference Act,(43CFR, 17.3 {d}
